  • Insight Timer. Free meditation course and lots of meditations.
  • Free. This was designed in Vancouver to teach mindfulness to beginners. Has lots of guided meditations and practice exercises.
  • One Moment Meditation. This app features a 1 minute meditation timer, with an optional 30 second body scan.
  • Lumosity Mind. Free meditations.
